At Dr. Surya Family Dentistry, we believe your dental experience should feel simple from start to finish, including payment. That’s why we offer direct billing to most insurance providers, making it easier for you to focus on your care, not the paperwork.

We’ll submit your claim on your behalf and handle the details directly with your insurance company whenever possible.

With assignment of benefits, your insurance provider pays us directly for the covered portion, so you’re only responsible for any remaining balance at your appointment.

Our team is always happy to help you understand your coverage, check if your plan supports direct billing, and answer any questions along the way.

While we do everything we can to make the process seamless, patients are ultimately responsible for their accounts. We recommend being familiar with your plan, including coverage limits and co-payments. If your insurance provider does not allow direct billing, payment will be due at the time of your visit.
